You can monitor the status and connectivity of your agents to ensure smooth operation. The Agents tab in the Connectware user interface provides real-time updates on whether agents are online or offline, along with other essential details like their version and hostname.
You cannot monitor Docker logs (or debug output) of agent containers directly in Connectware. Instead, you must use the orchestration tool responsible for deploying the containers to view the logs.
To open the Agents tab, select System > System Status > Agents. By default, the protocol-mapper is displayed.
The table of agents displays the current status of each agent (either online or offline), along with the version number of the agent container and the hostname set when the container was started.
You can remove agents with the status offline from the list. This only removes the agent from the list and does not delete the registered user from the database.
In the agents list, activate the checkbox for the agents that you want to remove from the list.
Click Delete in the upper right corner.
