# Agents Status

You can monitor the status of all available agents in Connectware.

## Agents View

The **Agents View** allows you to monitor the name, version, status, and hostname of all active agents, and to remove agents from the list. At least one agent must be available. By default, this is the protocol-mapper agent.

* To open the **Agents View**, select **System** > **System Status**, and click the **Agents** tab.

## Agents Information via REST API
